We offer a variety of services from staging a home for sale, designing your new home, redesigning your current home, organization design and holiday decorating!!  See below for a description of each service.  We specialize in using what you already have to transform your home or a space that perfectly reflects your family’s style, needs and comfort.  

Occupied Staging and Design...

Starting at $100 - CONSULTATION AND STAGING REPORT

During this consultation, we will be doing an overview of the home and discuss the best way to stage your home using current furnishings that you have, as well as possible additions to make your home optimal in the marketplace.

  • We start with a phone interview, so I can research your buyer demographic and prepare for our Consultation time
  • We will do a walk through of the home and discuss BIG return-on-investment, staging strategies that are designed to have big, emotional impact on your buyers
  • The Staging Report will also include my essential "Open House Checklist" and "Closet Organization Checklist"

(Size of home may impact length of consultation any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)

$450 - MAIN STAGING AND MINI-MAKEOVER

This staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves and physically staging the main areas of the home based upon the Staging Report recommendations.

  • We will use what you have to make the most of each space!
  • I will bring in gorgeous staging accessories in order to give you a visual shopping list and get higher impact photos
  • We will work for up to 4 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
(Up to four hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)

$750 - ONE-DAY, HOME-MAKEOVER

Do you have a larger home (over 2000 square feet) that could use more than a few hours of work?  No problem!

  • We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make the most of each space!
  • I will bring in gorgeous staging accessories in order to give you a visual shopping list and get higher impact photos
  • We will work for up to 7 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
(Up to seven hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)


SHOPPING SERVICES AND TRADE DISCOUNTS

Remember that we are EXPERT SHOPPERS who can save you tons of time and money because we know WHERE and WHAT to shop for, as well as get a "designer's" discount at many places!

Vacant Staging and Design...

Home's that are empty are in special need of staging and we provide options that other staging companies may not.

  • Starting with a home assessment, we will discuss your needs and create a proposal based on your budget
  • We use top quality rented furnishings in order to achieve that model home look that guarantees a buyer will "fall in love"
  • Each vacant staging project is different therefore pricing will vary
  • Why is vacant staging important?  
    • People buy homes not just houses
    • Furnishings provide a frame of reference
    • Staging can focus on positive aspects of the home and minimize negative ones
    • Only 10% of buyers can visualize the potential of a home

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
(A $100 initial home assessment fee is credited back to your total vacant service when you choose us)

Redesign and Design...

Starting at $100 - CONSULTATION AND ACTION PLAN

During this consultation, we will discuss the various styles of interior design and what best fits your vision.  Using current furnishings that you have, as well as possible additions, we will design an action plan on how we will make your home your favorite place on Earth!!  This is my favorite part of designing and I'm so excited to get started!!
